Personnel Development

Our sales representatives must also be all-round players who can conduct interim credit activities to manage the debt of existing customers and also collect delinquent debts in addition to sales activities. Therefore, the education and application of our personnel to develop into full-fledged all-around players, the greatest asset of our firm, are very important. We also revised our human resources system by introducing an annual compensation system linked with performance and reinforced our performance-based system for sales representatives. In this manner, we have created an environment that will enable individual employees to demonstrate their maximum abilities by arousing the management mentality among employees and implanting an awareness of performance along with providing our employees with fair, balanced opportunities to be successful.

Moreover, we are also focusing on our existing corporate wide employee education system beginning from top level management. Specifically, we have established the following representative training systems for our sales representatives in accordance with their levels.

SF-Shokason Juku
The course is aimed at new entrants who have cleared certain performance guidelines. The president personally acts as the main lecturer and directly teaches corporate philosophy and know-how. The course covers sales, screening, debt management and overall operational knowledge and know-how necessary for personnel to step up in the organization. Basically, employees enter the company in April and the year’s first session of the Shokason Juku is held in August. Only those employees that have met our standards will be allowed to participate in lectures directly given by our president at the head office and eight-hour training is conducted once a month for a year starting in August.

SF-MBA Course (Master of Business Administration)
This is the final training curriculum before becoming an office manager. In particular, this course focuses on debt management knowledge and complete acquisition of practical skills, and teaches about leadership under excellent leaders. In particular, management knowledge is absolutely essential within the cash flow profit system. Students must completely master management aspects to graduate. The training is conducted for one to three months and those that successfully graduate make their debut as branch managers.

The above are our primary training courses. As a rule, among the employees who clear the required standards for entering each course, only those who want to take them do so. This is based on our belief that training should be approached with a certain degree of self-initiative. In addition, we are working to activate the organization by incorporating a stance that emphasizes results according to a performance-based approach without depending on seniority or age within our assessment of employees.
